Son wears a large but followed recommendations to order smaller, the medium is perfect. Washes and dries without wrinkles, lighter weight than his whites, cool enough for kitchen in Hawaii.

My son is tall. The one he purchased from the uniform store is much shorter. This one looks great on him.

Boyfriend loved it for his job. He's usually a large in normal shirts, but some people said to go a size or 2 down so I bought a medium for him. It fit him like a glove! Literally so perfect. But I think next time I'll get a large just so he can be a bit more loose and comfortable.
