XL jacket, I wear L, I cannot button up the cuffs lolololololol I can just see the factory workers being small ladies who don't see a problem with it. Otherwise it's holding up as a mechanics jacket being used as such.

I like the fit and feel of the jacket. I'll wear it in thorny brush and expect it will hold up well. It lacks an inside chest pocket; I valued the one in the jacket this one replaces. This one also lacks a hanging loop inside the collar. It tends to slide off the hook I hang it on. The jacket's upper arms are roomy and don't bind.UPDATE: In its first field outing, this jacket slid well through the prickly roundleaf greenbrier. It snagged some on raspberry canes and multiflora rose stems, but the shell fabric didn't tear. With all the polyester in the thread, the fabric has a more slippery hand than 100 cotton canvas would, but it resists tears and picks almost as well. I'm pleased with it.

Stitching along the zipper could've been better. Lots of loose string hanging from a couple spots (thought it was non-stitched gaps but nothing has come undone yet)

Pretty lightweight, not very warm but maybe that will be good when working. 6 195 lbs size lg fit perfect except sleeves are a little big. Good jacket for the price

This jacket fits well, looks good, it's fairly tough, and it is very warm like most red kap jackets. My one issue with it is the inner stitching has some loose ends that need to be cut off.

This is my second Red Kap slash jacket. the original was nice, heavy material with quality zipper. this one fits different (smaller) material is much thinner and the zipper is rough with low quality. Even the tag inside is low quality print, counterfeit maybe?

This coat would be ok to use for working but it's not very warm only for early fall.

This is a pretty nice coat. I like how warm it is, and the fit is what I expected. I took one star off because the brown color is not as depicted in their photos. It is much darker. Think more like, dark chocolate than milk chocolate. In every other way I am very happy.

Rugged and dependable. Red Kap has always made quality work wear and continue to do so.

I like the jacket and will use it , not as insulated as I was expecting I ride motorcycle and the wind comes threw more than on my old work jacket that is the same style just not the same brand , over all it is a good jacket for the price !

I bought this jacket as a replacement for the one I already had that happened to be appx 20 years old. The older one is far better quality, but this is an acceptable replacement. The color is nice too. I don't think it will hold up as well as my old jacket but it keeps me warm and is comfortable, which I suppose is all I can ask for in a jacket. Even though I bought the same size the newer one runs far bigger than the older one, the sleeves are looser around the upper arm and the chest is way puffier. The outside material is the same, but the lining is different and seems easier to tear. Overall I give this a 7/10

Pros: the green color is very nice, darker than pictured- more like a forest/teal green. The canvas material is water resistant and sulfur Day. The quilted inside is super warm, perfect fall jacket. Jacket sits just below the waist which gives a nice cropped look.Cons: the sleeves are massive. Like almost comedically big. But that said it allows for a lot of flexibility when working/moving. There were also a lot of loose threads all around the jacket. Not surprising given the price and it's easy enough to go around it with scissors to clean it up.Way cheaper than Dickie's Eisenhower and maybe only 0.5 lower on the quality scale. Not much to lose since it's only $40Sizing: 5' 10”- bought a medium

6'1”, 185 lbs. Pleased that the medium's sleeves were long enough. A very full cut. The sleeves are comically wide. Maybe for layering (5 layers?) Seems pretty rugged and the price is great.. May get the sleeves taken in, will cost more than the jacket.
