Buy SEVERAL sizes big. Bought two sizes big for me and it's still tight in the arms and chest. If you've got man boobs tack on another size. Otherwise good quality and the fabric holds up well.

the upper front chest pocket was inverted and placed underneeth rather than the front of the white coat .so weird
