Just ordered more. Two years after original purchase, color retention and durability are excellent. Material is not too heavy, not too light. Can be worn year 'round. Fit is not sloppy or slim. Went with Postman Blue, but will probably try other colors at some time. For me this has been a great value. Definitely recommend. Take note, top fastener near collar is a snap not a button.

I weigh 215 and ordered a long extra large. Just what I wanted in a work shirt. Fit was a bit loose and the sleeves were long protecting my wrists.
