The shirt is not long enough to tuck in pants around a large belly (3XL), and I don't want to order larger because even at 3XL the shirt it too wide for me, lots of room swimming under my arms.<br /><br />Also, the collar is oddly large and tall.

Love Red Kap stuff. Everything I buy from them is consistent in fit and quality- this shirt is no exception. I have it in black, navy and khaki. Great for the spring/summer seasons.<br /><br />They run to to size but the body is very long. It's' great if you tucked in your shirts (they'll definitely stay tucked) but can look awkward if you don't because of the length..
