Since going with the “Blue Zone Diet”, or foods from those areas, this has livened up lots of dishes. Asparagus roasted and this sprinkled on top once out of the oven has made asparagus desired from a little eater who didn’t like asparagus when it was made before with cheese. Garlic salt…a wonder worker.
