Living in Florida I was looking for an economic way to reduce the heat inside our Travel trailer and block the light coming in when sleeping without having to special order RV room darkening blinds which were very expensive. This product hit all the marks. It was inexpensive, reduced the heat between 5-10 degrees in direct sun depending on the hour and it also has blocked the light from entering when sleeping. Simply cut with a scissor to fit the size of windows and inserted behind blinds.

Bought this to cover my camper windows when not in use. Cut to size for each windo and attached with velcro. BIG difference in the temperature inside the camper when not being used. Very happy with the product.

I used this to put a top on my dog house so the rain wouldn't get inside. It is really for my outside cats. Theuy have actually been using it in this hot weather. I used Liquid Nails to make it stay on. It worked great.

During our master bathroom remodel I came across multiple posts about needing to insulate the underside of bathtubs. I never realize there wasn't insulation under tubs and it makes sense that it needs to be insulated, otherwise the water will get cold by the time it fills up. I considered spray foam but some discussions said when the foam expands it can't change the shape of the tub. I came across these and decided it was worth a shot. I used 3 of them to wrap the underside of the tub. It was relatively easy to do, just use lots of duct tape! I haven't taken a bath yet but feel better knowing I did what I could to insulate before the tub was set in place.

We purchased this for putting up in our windows in our RV. We live in our 5th wheel and it really helps keep the heat down. Very easy to install! I just measure the inside of the window and cut like I'm cutting a piece of fabric. Then I just press into place and it holds great too! No tape or mess. Easy to take down and put back whenever you need to.Great value too. Lightweight and not bulky, easy to store back in the box it came in for future use.I am very satisfied with this product!

I bought 2 rolls to insulate the windows in my vintage 5th wheel trailer. Easy to cut to size and they work well as insulation. Hardly any heat transmitted through the foil but the exposed aluminum window frame was hot to the touch. I used velcro dots to attach some of them to the window frames and some of them didn't need the velcro as they stayed in place without. Overall, I'm very happy with the results and recommend them.

i use this to insulate the windows that my window unit air conditioners are in it makes a huge difference looks kind of redneck but works great

This is a great insulation foil for a variety of small jobs around the house. I have used this product as 'vent covers' in the winter by pressing into the vent 'box'. Also, I have stapled it to the back side of a foam board and inserted it into the frame of my single glass skylights.. Dropped the heat by 3 degrees in that room! Very pleased with this product!

One of our HVAC lines was sweating when the A/C was running. I did some research and learned that this radiant/reflective insulation is ideal for insulating ducts and preventing the duct from contacting the humid air around it which causes condensation (or 'sweating'). I wrapped our ducts with this product, sealed the seams with tape, and there is no more sweating and I swear that the air coming out of our vents cooler too!

I wanted something that would insulate the air conditioning vent for our portable unit because it shows a lot of light and basically turns into a heater from the outside air. I did not want something that had actual insulation in it for safety concerns and this was the perfect solution. It was super easy to use, packing tape held it together well and there was enough to do two units. Definitely recommend.

I used this to insulate around a window AC unit around the slide out trim pieces as they offered no real insulation. I used it on both the outside and inside using 3m sticky squares and then decided to do the lower half of the window and it seems like it's working great. We've had lots of rain and cooler weather since I installed it but I'm certain it's doing what I wanted it to do.
