I need cheesecloth for food prep. It works great when covering containers of sauerkraut while perking. I also use it for straining berry juice to make ice cream, juices and canning.

So my Turkey looks a little burnt but don't mind that. I put this cheese cloth on my Turkey and it turned out soooo good! It didn't burn in the oven and I was able to clean it! Will definitely be purchasing more

Love these cheesecloths. I used them on my Turkey this thanksgiving kept the Turkey moist after drenching them in butter. I will be buying again.

My wife bought these to try her hand at making the family some smoothies. She used cucumbers and apples which she came across a nice recipe for applesauce. Yes applesauce! I have never heard of these things before and when I had to go looking, I was like. Cool. I would use these for sure again well my wife will when she goes to make another batch and then freeze a portion.

It was exactly what I wanted, cheesecloth to mainly use for straining and how durable does that have to be? I don't need it very often, but when I do I do. Cheesecloth is just that and this is exactly what cheesecloth is suppose to be. It is what it is.

The one thing I did not like about these was how the folds increases was. Can I go to cut the section that I need those big creases which get obnoxious and hard to work with. I use them to drain bacon grease and when I do dandelion oils. Sometimes I had to double up the material though.

You never know when you'll need this, keep it on hand. I strain lots of things like fruit juice for home made jam, the fresh herbs get strained out of the gravy etc. Good quality cheesecloth.
