I try to reuse my cheesecloths when possible so the easy to clean was a five star and that leads to durability for its five star rating since I wash out and reuse it has to be durable.

I needed 100 cotton to strain my oils. These are nylon. The least a seller can be is honest. Will not buy from this seller again. Too bad because I strain large batches of oils every 2 weeks.

I would recommend buying a pack of 4 or more. Most recipes call for multiple layers of cloth shen draining and squeezing water from cheese or tofu etc.

I did one use as butter and garlic soaked wrap over a large turkey breast. Easy to unwrap, worked perfectly. Glad to have unbleached option.

I used this for basting my turkey and it worked wonderfully! I think it absorbed a little too much liquid but it was perfect for a one time use.
