I love all of the pocket guides because they're portable. My only complaint is having to Google stuff for more information.

good compact guide with useful information. reason for 4 stars is at this price I think its a little to high, I bought mine on sale for under 5 bucks and I think that's about where these guides need to stay. lots of good info, but it would have been nice if all the species in the guide had where they was commonly found instead of just a handful of them. I have several of these and so far the best/useful ones have been this one, freshwater fish guide, and saltwater fish guide. really handy if you are an outdoors person, or just curious about nature. course some of the stuff in these you will already know if you are an experienced outdoorsman, but you can never have/learn enough information.
