Mission: Restoration One Ninety-Nine (R1:99) provides a holistic approach to aid in the restoration of survivors of complex trauma so they may live responsibly and productively with purpose, hope, and dignity.

Target demographics: Survivors of complex trauma to include human trafficking, sexual assault/abuse, domestic violence, bullying, military trauma.

Direct beneficiaries per year: Survivors, as well as the family members and friends who support them.

Geographic areas served: The metro Washington DC area

Programs: 1.Therapeutic Services that include programs and services for survivors of complex trauma. We serve adolescents, adults, & families through individual and group counseling, along with innovative new holistic approaches to healing through expressive therapies such as: · Movement· Art· Music· Drama 2.Economic Empowerment is offered for survivors of complex trauma. Survivors are taught to integrate wellness into all aspects of their lives as they learn job skills and ready themselves for permanent employment. 3.Support for Family and Friends of survivors is offered through seminars and workshops on topics such as Healing Conversations where attendees learn to use evidence-based strategies that enable relationships with survivors to heal and to remain healthy.
