Took me about an hour to install. My base cabinet came with a shelf originally. I wanted something that was easier to find everything, this was the ticket. All parts were included for a complete install. The template was a little off for the TEXTURED trays that came with it. I found that before I predrilled my holes (There were "NOTES to do this in the instruction sheet). I used a center punch to locate where the screw for the "Bottom Positioner Assembly" was to mount including the center point. From that point I measured to the back wall of the cabinet, I'm glad I did as the Tray measured the same so I used the template as if I had the Glossy which moved the holes about a 1/4" toward the door and worked perfectly. To make the install easier you should remove the do and hinges, I marked the the top of each hinge for location to keep at the same height when reinstalling. It seems sturdy enough to last for years. I'm glad I upgraded to the metal hardware, was disappointed the wheels were plastic and not metal. Hope they are up to the task. After installing the Bottom Positioner, the absolute hardest thing is to assemble everything inside the cabinet. I would suggest to snug the locking screw to keep the upper shaft extension from falling out. Place bottom tray, upper positioner then upper tray in cabinet. Tilt the upper tray about 45º, insert shaft, upper positioner and tilt the bottom tray, once shaft is through all pieces place shaft in to bottom positioner, the rest is easy. Hope these additional instructions are found helpful to you.

The first one came damaged but was taken back and replaced the second one is in and working as expected.

I ordered one of the less expensive wire versions of this from another company, only to find out that each shelf only had a 15 pound capacity. The selling point on this one is the metal hardware. The shelves themselves are reinforced with many ribs on the bottom, so despite being plastic, they appear to be able to hold a lot of weight. One thing I did not like it's a single-set screw that holds the shelf up. I think they should have used a pin that went all the way through the pole. I may actually buy some steel rod and drill a hole to do just that. The hardware for the bottom one actually rest on the cabinet base, so should support plenty of weight. The top one is the issue. Overall, a nice appearance and finish.

The product performs as expected. It has Very smooth rotation and installation was a snap.

Very good product. It replaced a unit that was over 20 years old and I was able to make some minor adjustments to the old installation points to make it fir perfectly. It operates smoothly. The installation template could be improved upon. I would definitely recommend this unit.

I hated my corner cabinets. They had become a black hole that swallowed up anything I put in there. I never knew what I had, or where it was. I found these and ordered them, and they're amazing. My husband had them installed in about an hour. I'm able to fit everything I need (mixing bowls, small appliances, casserole dishes, etc.) on the 2 shelves, and other items I only use on occasion are stored in the basement. You can't fit as much in the cabinet with this installed, but you can find what you're looking for. Shelves and mounting hardware seem pretty sturdy. This is a genuine rev-a-shelf. I would highly recommend for anyone trying to get their kitchen organized!
