Ordered 2 shelves and one shelf was missing the parts shown in the attached photo. They are used to mount the face plate of the drawer.

I already had a pan organizer, but needed a drawer to pull out, so that I can get to it easier. This drawer is exactly what I needed and the instructions were some of the best to understand. Pictures with written instructions. Very happy with my purchase.

These were simple to install and make life easier. I lost some room in height and dead space in the center but being able to get all the pots and not digging around more than makes up for that.I'm already planning on getting another set for under the kitchen sink.

We installed these in all our kitchen cabinets. They are wonderful! The full depth of each cabinet is useable without getting on hands and knees. Each shelf stores a good amount and they're steady and sturdy.

These are the 17x21 inch pull out shelves with the wooden front and bottom. I got these today and had my brother install them into what I called “dead cabinet space”. Now I have two functional roll out shelves that will provide easy access to my extra pots and pans. I am thrilled! It didn't take too long at all to install and the size I got was perfect for this cabinet. I am going to add them to my other bottom cabinets that do not have pull out shelving. If you are on the fence on buying these I say BUY THEM! I am not one to leave reviews, but I am beyond pleased with these!!! They are very sturdy and glide smoothly. Now I have two cabinet shelves I just had junk in become easy to access storage!

We have older well made cabinets that we didn't want to change out but needed to improve access to lower shelves and these worked great. We bought a couple of different styles depending on what we were storing and used these in cabinets for household stuff, light bulbs, trash bags, etc. and really liked the solid bottom so smaller things don't fall through. That said they do reduce the volume in cabinets (all of these roller things do), but we can now access everything without getting on our hands and knees.

Pros:The shelves are very well built, sturdy and easy to install.Cons:They do sit a bit taller than expected, roughly 1.75” from the shelf so you do lose some cabinet height and should be considered.Overall:Would definitely purchase again, but only for lower shelves due to the height and will find something lower profile for higher shelving.

I bought this because we have no drawers in our kitchen (really, none). The previous owners left an Ikea cabinet that had two drawers but they simply do not hold all our utensils.Found this drawer that seemed like a perfect fix and it is except for the short amount it pulls out. I got the 20 W X 21.5 L drawer but it only pulls out to 13 (see picture). In order to fully utilize the storage I had to lower the shelf it was installed on by several inches. This allowed me to reach back into the drawer. So works but losing storage capacity by the lower height.That being said - this is a sturdy drawer and was extremely easy to install.

I purchased these to put in my older wood cabinetry. Omg it works amazingly! I no longer have to get on my knees to grab pots from the back of those deep cabinets. Easy installation as well.

Strong, substantial racks. Makes it easier to reach items on the back of shelves, especially good for bottom shelves. Ordered 2 racks, rcvd 1 today ..in a box large enough for 2 racks and long enough for the PO to charge me an extra $15 if I mailed it. Good deal
