This works great on those cheap-o cabinets around the house, especially when the plastic retainers fall off. It gives you a bit more storage space in a very convenient location at the kitchen and bathroom sink! Be sure to predrill the mounting holes in that press-board!

This is a good hinge and works as intended, just make sure you think your steps through before tightening everything down, you'll may have to pre-drill some holes for easier installation.

Installing wasn't difficult abs notice R and L on so you install them in the correct sides.

Wow, this actually worked. I was happy to see that the hinges that were delivered were exactly like the ones in the photos (I'd tried to make sure to buy hinges that appeared to be the same as those installed by my builder 23 years ago), and I was able to get the old ones replaced with these WITHOUT removing the sinks and the slate countertops. Yay. The undersink sponge tray now works like new - gotta love it when something works the way you hope.Good quality hinges and mounting screws. Strong and sturdy. Here's to the next 23 years . . .

I am a contractor with many years of experience and I can tell you that these cannot be installed if you already have your sink installed and your countertop virtually impossible to install.

Works as well as similar units I've installed. Since no template was supplied, and the sink was already in place, getting the screws located took a bit of extra effort. Used a piece of 1/8 aluminum stock to set thevertical spacing of the tilt-out drawer above the main cabinet doors, and spent more time than intended under the sink getting the screw holes marked. After a couple of hours of fiddling, the end product functions well.

This was to replace a pair that had worn out after using for 25 years, they are identical and it was an easy re-install. However, if you are installing them for the first time, they can be a hassle (see other comments in that regard).

This replacement part was a quick fix to the under sink fold out drawerI guess it is called a rev-a-shelf. It was a perfect fit for the existing holes and was easy to install. Removing the old rusty old one was the difficult part, so I'll keep this one from rusting or replace it sooner.

Installation is a pain, check out some how-to videos on the internet to help you out.Install the bracket to the frame, then remove the bracket after marking your bracket holes on the panel. I used some painters tape to place on the inside of the panel, then blindly marked the bracket holes with a permanent marker. Then removed the brackets from the frame, attached the bracket to the panel, attached the tray screws, and then remounted the brackets to the frame.Works great otherwise.You really only need the front two screws closest to the panel to secure the brackets to the frame. Enjoy.

Works as expected but it did not come with the templates or instructions Rev-a-Shelf states in their on-line instructions should be included. Pretty easy to install without them just using the hinge as a template and the on-line instructions.
