This rev-a-shelf slide out for trash and recycling has made my kitchen appear more tidy. Super easy to install in my standard cabinet - and I got the optional brackets to attach the cabinet door to - and again, super easy to install and gives a nice slide out - looks great and sturdy. Cans are a bit on the small side - probably not practical for a family - but work great for my house.

Installation was a breeze

Hubs installed, guest it wasn't too hard b/c he didn't complain much. Much better than our old set up. We also got the other set to attach for 2 bins. Cost was ok, better than big box stores.

Instructions aren't even necessary to install these brackets. Easily put on and to adjust.

Great quality and value

Much better quality than I anticipated!Rolls great, smooth, and hides very well. High quality metal and bearings.My issue is with the instructions.I worked in construction for years, so I know how to use tools.If you're John Smith who isn't mechanically inclined with some combo toolset, this will be a challenge so give yourself time.Biggest issue is distance from bottom bracket to cabinet face.The instructions, if followed to the letter, don't really account for how exact the bracket placement needs to be.The best way is to simply put it together, and slide the bracket backwards about 1/8 away from the cabinet face. The last 3/8 or so of the closing motion is the sweetspot where there's force keeping it closed.Too far inside the cabinet and it wont hold shut, it'll just sit there. Or it could open on its own if your cabinet bottom isn't level. Too close to the face and it won't close all the way leaving a gap.Additional note: You're going to need to adjust each side AFTER the bottom is mounted from the outside.So, if you're installing this in the cabinet next to a wall in a corner you're going to need a stubby short screwdriver.Instructions aside, product is DEFINITELY worth it. Great value.

The double faced tape does not hold a heavy wood cabinet door sufficiently long enough to open and mark the holes for attaching

The bracket is adaptable to most all pullout wire rack styles. Some drilling and additional hardware may be required but the bracket itself, as designed, is not available in hardware stores. I spent twice as much time and dollars modifying my slide out to attach to the cabinet door before finding this alternative which is twice as effective/secure.

Loved how sturdy the racks were and the ease of their assembly into my pre-made cabinet.

Had to drill extra holes to fit to the fixture and then the double sided sticky tape didn't hold. Had to take it all apart and put door back on hinges.

One of the included bolts was mistreated to the point I could not even install the item without replacing it at the nearest home improvement store. Annoying and unnecessary work. Worked great after that though.

The bracket did not fit my Rev-A-Shelf trash pullout. I had to drill new holes. The brackets should be made with sturdier metal supports. Otherwise the concept is great.

For years I had a slide-out garbage can with a door on hinges that, if the door wasn't opened fully, would scrape my oak cabinets. I removed the door hinges, measured carefully and installed this door mount kit to my existing garbage can frame and door! It worked perfect! It was a very inexpensive way to resolve my chronic problem. With my garbage can attached to the door, both slide in and out without damaging my cabinets. I will definitely be changing a couple more cabinets to operate in the same way! Highly recommend!
