The instructions were very simple. They even provided a template for us to use in determining where to drill the nails. It took at most 30 minutes to get everything set up.

It was easy to install and works great. I love it.

This was a great upgrade over the contractor grade one our custom cabinet maker used. The soft close feature is amazing.

Had handyman take out dual square cans unit and install these. So much more room and now efficient use of space. Grocery store paper bags fit in well for recyclables.

I installed this conversion kit in a few hours and aligned the front cabinet door on the first try. I followed the instructions to the letter and it's worked great. Unfortunately, the inner surface of my cabinet door was not smooth and I had to modify the placement of the bracket. I used a lot more screws to attached the cabinet door to the pull-out. I don't think the four screws provided would secure the door sufficiently, so you might want to buy and use some small screws. I think the four screws would eventually give way and the door might come off when you pull it open one day, damaging the door. Better safe than trying to replace a cabinet door that will never match the original.

My cabinet is pretty small but the dimensions in the websites said it would fit, and it does. But the little door tabs needed to be swapped left and right and inverted so they point towards the inside rather than point outside like big wings. The tabs were hitting the sides of the cabinet. Pretty tricky to install and get perfect, the bottom end of my door sticks out a little bit but it's fine. The bottom that attaches to the cabinet base has 4 corners and 2 screws per corner, don't do what I did. There is a slot and a hole for 2 screws, just use the slot and the screw first. That way at the very end you can slide the whole assembly forwards or backwards a little bit to get a better door fit. Then you finish with the other 4 screws that just go into holes. If you drill and screw all 8 base screws you wont have enough space to re-drill holes to make minor front to back adjustments. For the money spent on this thing, I think they should include a horizontal grab handle which I had to buy separately. Most cabinets have the wrong hardware for this application but I guess everyone has different tastes and color preferences. Most of the hardware included feels pretty cheap. If you go the double sided tape route to mount the door, know that they include 4 little squares. I bought an entire roll thinking I would need some, but it's included. The soft close rails are really nice and work very smooth though. I like the system, it's a nice upgrade to my home.

I'm a cabinet maker with a small shop. I build 3-4 custom kitchens along w/ furniture and other home needs every year. I've bought this pullout several times. It's not the most expensive or fancy, but it is the best at a medium price. I've never had a complaint with it. I'll continue to buy/use it when my customer's budget dictates.

Item came quickly. I had a cabinet installer put it in. He said he had to use different screws because my cabinets are particleboard not solid wood. It includes nice wastebaskets. Opens and close's well

Not the handiest person. Old system broke, could not repair. Arrived quickly. Used template to install base, but was off center within the cabinet, had to adjust to get better fit/alignment. Struggled lining up for cabinet door with measurements. Ultimately, got it together, and fit/alignment is pretty good, not sure worth effort to get it exactly aligned... System seems pretty sturdy and built well enough. Time will tell on the system and my install.

we bought this to replace a broken pull out so thankfully we had some idea how to put the pieces together. Directions were lacking. There was a template for the bottom railings but nothing to help align the shelf onto the cabinet door and keep the cabinet door aligned properly with the rest of the cabinets. We were able to piece together a makeshift template and used some helpful instructions others provided in their reviews. Upside is that it was delivered quickly - ahead of schedule- and it is seems more solid than our original, much more expensive piece and the soft close works well and is a great feature. All in all, it works well and good value for the price.

This was installed in less than hour. It is very sturdy. Has 2 trash bins that are also sturdy.

From the care in packaging, to the double lined extra strong cardboard container, to the quality metal work and to the special high quality paint finish, and to the final feel when you finish, you will LOVE it. American quality.

Great product. If your cabinet is frameless like mine, tape a permanent marker to each side in the top slots, with the markers very slightly sticking out. Position your door how you want it, then press it against the markers. Voi la, that's where your top 2 screws go.

The product itself is worth buying. The installation instructions were terrible.
