After only taking it once, I can already feel the impact it has had on my ability to concentrate on school work and menial tasks. My energy has also improved and I have sustained energy throughout the whole day. I take 2 vitamins in the morning.

I have been prescribed/using Adderall for several years and was glad I could finally stop after finding this as an alternative. I was initially skeptical, but after using it for two weeks, there was a noticeable difference in my mood and energy levels. With Addy, you have a dopamine rush and can accomplish a lot in about 2-3 hours but suffer the symptoms of a dopamine crash. Alpha brain provides a steady, consistent energy flow that is not intense but healthy. I have also noticed an improvement in my overall mood and thought patterns. I am impatient at baseline and suddenly have this newfound patience that my children enjoy. Grateful for this product which I intend to use for a while.

It really helped me focus while I was working long hours. I used to be prescribed adderall but hated taking it. I felt this provided a good boost to help me focus on my daily tasks.

This product helped with memory and focus, but best to take in the morning as when I took it in the evening I was often too stimulated to go to sleep.
