It really helped me focus while I was working long hours. I used to be prescribed adderall but hated taking it. I felt this provided a good boost to help me focus on my daily tasks.

I feel like I have noticed a difference in clarity. I'm not sure about memory but the focus is better.

If you plan on focusing right away then this will work great. But it doesn't last longer than 10-15 minutes. I have taken 1 capsule and also tried 2 capsules but both doses are short lived.

This product helped with memory and focus, but best to take in the morning as when I took it in the evening I was often too stimulated to go to sleep.

I bought Alpha Brain as a last ditch effort before I was going to ask my primary doctor for Zoloft Thank goodness I found this herbal remedy !!! I have ( newly discovered and self diagnosed ) mild ADD that has been exacerbated by my second year of menopause The first day I woke up after taking two capsules, my first thought was “my mind is so relaxed” What an amazing feeling THAT was and to REALIZE it was twice as amazing MY brain feels so relaxed, and I can focus and not get anxiety when I have too many interruptions/ distractions..For those who have sensitive constitutions, I recommend taking one capsule in the morning and one capsule around dinner time..I am so grateful for this company and the people who created this herbal remedy. You are a godsend .

I needed mental focus like the product advertises. All I got was projectile vomit and feeling like I took crack. I don't recommend this at all and it made its way to the trash.

The biggest change was after about a week it was way easier to wake up and get going in the morning.This product won't “make you focus” it will allow you to.It's still up to you to focus on things but it definitely helps.

I just got turned on to this I've been looking for something for brain and focus because I feel like as I get older I'm starting to forget things I work in a fast pace office and this has worked extremely well for me and I have also turned my coworkers on to this I'm absolutely in love with this project and will be continuing to purchase more

This are not the REAL ones. That's why they cheap, and many people have negative side effects. I would be careful with scammers. I would buy from the actual website or stick with the small powder packets. Some times is best to order from the real one
