Of all substances i have tried, none affected my sleep the way this product has. i took 2 pills Monday and Tuesday. 1 pill Wednesday. None Thursday and 2 on Friday.I track my sleep using the Oura ring so it was immediately noticeable to me that even when i got 7-8 hours of sleep, my deep sleep started shrinking. Friday night was the worst at 16 mins over 8 hrs of sleep. That was a RED flag. This product has altered me in a way that sleep alone has not been able to revert. I'm hoping i will recover with time. I will update this review in time.

It’s felt similar to other nootropics that’s I’ve tried in the sense that it doesn’t replicate the “motivating feeling” that you get with adderall. However, I have noticed that I do find myself more interested/focused on things that I would generally just procrastinate if I weren’t taking any medication when I take Alpha brain. I still have to “force” myself to engage things, but contrary to my normal state, once intentionally put my energy toward something I can engage with it longer when using alpha brain.

Alpha Brain has been working incredibly well, the first day I took it I immediately noticed a significant difference in my ability to form sentences retain and better understand incoming information. It’s made studying speaking a lot easier and has made me more confident in the process! I definitely recommend this product

I took two pills after a medium meal like instructed, worked to clear some brain fog, but nothing crazy, felt like i drank coffee, but after it wore off i got really bad headache that led to me feeling like i had to throw up. This side effect lasted about 3 hrs... idk how to feel about this product.

I've been using this product for 2 years. As much as coffee helps wake me up in the morning it doesn't necessarily make my brain work. This product makes my brain work. I'm going to keep using it for a long time
