Doses are small so it goes a long way. Easy to administer - has a concentrated herbal tea flavor - completely pallatable! Noticed some improvement with nocturnal urinary frequency within a couple days, not sure if it's coincidence or if it's having some effect already. Seems to play well with Rx medications, for example, does not contain St. John's Wort.
