First we ordered this drum in the 16 inch size and the tonal quality was so good I knew I could trust getting it in the 10 inch and was not disappointed. These are great drums! The bigger one I got to do with my grandchildren and also to take along to church for our church kids who like to pick up instruments to play at our church services, and the smaller one was to gift to a grandchild who showed particular interest when we took the bigger one and played with it at his house! I love these drums and would highly recommend to anyone who wants a great sound in a portable drum for child, youth, or adult.

5 year old has several other Remo drums, got this because she's big enough to sit them on her lap and they're portable and can take to the park. The print is becoming kind of babyish to her. I wish it didn't have animals, just a pattern. I googled how to bongo because you hit them in a different area than I had thought you did. Remo is indestructible, a music therapist turned us onto them 3 years ago. The only dud instrument was the drum that mimics ocean sounds, it's too loud, beads are annoying etc.

We play the drum all day long and drive my wife crazy while she tries to work from home. We pound this AWESOME drum right outside her office all day long. It is a great quality product and we all love it. My son and I love to rock out with this drum!!

My twins love it very durable for their level of roughness the sound is amazing they use it to store other smaller instruments and they use it as a step stool they're 30 lbs so very sturdy I highly recommend you won't regret it
