My students with and without disabilities, including those with autism, love playing these. They can make music almost immediately. Students with limited fine motor skills can play bells easily. The desk bell option also allows teachers and paras to help students play hand-over-hand.

This is a really wonderful set of diatonic handbells/deskbells. I teach music and these are a wonderful addition. They have a gorgeous sound and are in tune. These bells can be played both by shaking them, like traditional handbells, and by setting them on the floor and gently tapping the top. These are extremely useful when working with young children of those with special needs since they are very easy to play. They also have both the pitch and the number on each one so that children can associate the letter names and order of notes in the octave. I highly recommend these.

Very pleased with this set. The desk guards protect the bells. The notes sound clear and the box they come in are good for storing.
These will make a fun addition to holiday celebrations.

These bells are awesome and easy for the littles to play but just a warning if you are considering these to use with the preschool prodigies videos and books, note that the purple in this set is note b (7) but the purple on preschool prodigies is note a (6).

Buying a second set today. Love the desk bell feature-- great to keep kids from shaking bells and getting too crazy. Pitches are correct and clear. I also have the case and it's great.

I bought two sets of these to use in a Christmas play at my elementary school that had a bell theme.
These bells sound great! They have a pure, wonderfully pleasing tone and are easy to use. Many of my school instruments do not come close to the excellent tone of these bells. I literally threw my old set I inherited in the trash! These can be used like boomwhackers, but the colors are not matched if that is important to you. (A and B are different.)

We received these as a Christmas gift many years ago and it remains the most hilarious part of our Christmas Eve dinner. All ages can join in. We all look forward to "the bells" I think even more than the opening of the gifts! Have since bought additional music for them. We play "try to name that tune" as well. Our conductor is perfect!

I've used regular color-coded bells before, but these with the button on top are so much better. The sound decays much quicker so more and more chords can be played. Don't bother buying the other kind without the button on top--these are so great!

These sound beautiful and the quality is so much better than the schlyling brand sold at magic cabin-returned those tor poor quality. Love the desk top feature too. Got these for my 9 year old niece and she and my 5 year old nephew love them!

I expected these to be low-quality toy bells, but the sound clarity and sturdiness of these bells are quite impressive!
