Rigid pipe wrenches are the best I've used. I use the steel bodies for 12 and under, and aluminum for the bigger sizes. Great quality. Worth every penny.

i like the RIDGID brand.the oil rig i worked on had monster size pipe wrench'swe used them often, they were abused, mistreatedand they never failed.for me, these small ones for personal use (24 or less)feels of the same quality.

Get 12 inches long pipe with 1 inch diameter for extension at the hardware store then you are good to go. Make sure the arm fit into the pipe. It will losen any thing with an ease.

I am very pleased. The wrench is very well made. It fits nicely in my hand. Adjusts easily too. This is a quality American-made tool that will last more than a lifetime. I found the 10 size perfect for most jobs.

I love these pipe wrenches. You get exceptional grip. Just make sure you have the jaw facing the right direction to get maximum leverage.

I dropped my old 10 pipe wrench behind a water heater and had to replace it. Purchased one from a box store and it was Terrible. Ordered this one and am very happy with it so far. I am a plumber and use it all the time.

It's a nicely built pipe wrench and I am happy with my purchase. It was just what I needed to get a bolt with a stripped head off my mower. I'm certain to find other uses, too. Like Professor Peacock in the Library. :-)
