It is about time someone invented this. This is one of those things you didn't know you needed until you saw it. For the homeowner who does their own plumbing and faucet changes, this is a must have. It is all you need in one tool for most under sink and plumbing jobs around the house.

Perfect for installing strainers and service line on sinks and does a great job on installing commodes and for the price now I don't have to buy all the high dollar tools this rigid does it all

I initially tried to save a few bucks buying a cheaper version of this tool. That was a big mistake because the body of the tool would twist and I couldn't loosen the nuts on the faucet under a pedestal sink. Waste of time.However, this RIDGID version worked well! In addition to the plastic being very rigid (see what I did there?) you can use a socket wrench with a short extension to get some torque to break free some tough nuts.Do yourself a favor - spend a few extra coins on this.

This device made soooo much easier to change the faucets that had been in place for 10years.When you have faucets that old, they tend to be a pain to get loose. Not with this tool! I had everything loose and off in minutes without any problems. Putting the new ones on was just easy. This tool really saves your back when in tight spaces.

I'm a plumber and I use this tool often for residential repair and service. The tool is well made and sturdy. It is easy to use and comes in handy. It does take a little getting used to, but once you figure out how to best use the tool it gets the job done quick and easy. Highly recommend

Much easier than using a basin wrench and pliers to change a faucet. The only way it would be easier is to remove the sink and install the faucet then the sink as it was don initially when the house was built. Good value and good knuckle and frustration saver.

Changed out a leaky bathroom faucet on a pedestal sink and boy did this work for the project. Wish I knew about this years ago.

I had to order another one since my mom lost mine. I love these things! Working on sinks/pipes is SO MUCH EASIER with this tool!Before this tool, I smashed my finger and had a black fingernail for 7 monthsI never have to worry about that happening again.Super sturdy, great quality, easy to use!

This tool is great, works better than the cheaper basin wrench. This tool is heavy duty and does the job, when it's used to tighten faucet shank nuts. A little bit more pricy better quality. Highly recommended this tool!!!

I don't normally write reviews, but I'm thrilled about this tool. No more laying under the sink trying to get wrenches or channel locks where you need them. It's so well thought out. It will take you some time to figure out all of its uses, but if you do this kind of thing even occasionally, it's worth every penny.
