I have used this now several times . It makes working on sinks so easy now. The right tools make any job easy and fast. This is the right tool.

RIDGID is a respected industry standard. I thought this would help me installing 5 sink faucets in a 20 year old home. It didn't fit one nut that was part of my old faucet. It feels very sturdy and I'm sure that RIDGID stands behind their products. I wish it fit my situation, but it didn't, so I'm returning it.If I were in the trade and able to use it on lots of plumbing, it would be in my tool box. Sturdy.

This came in handy to remove the winged nuts from under sinks that hold faucets in place. They get stuck due to the ruff finish on most stone sinks. A wrench is impossible to use due to tight quarters under there.

Amazing tool. My old faucet was leaking, a lot, so I purchased a new one to replace it. The only problem is I couldn't remove the old one. I watched several videos on what was the best tool to use, and found this one. I actually passed it over at first because it looked different. Decided to purchase it after watching someone use it in a video. Works perfectly. I was able to change my faucet with minimal effort. Very happy with the product.

After doing two bathroom faucet change outs and cursing and attempting to get old nuts loosened in a tight space I decided my kitchen faucet that needed changed was going to have to wait until I forgot what a pain in the rear it all was. Fast forward 2 months and I keep looking at my new kitchen faucet still in box so I order this amazing tool before even attempting. I am not a pro at all, just a woman who uses youtube to learn how to fix things. I had the faucet removed and replaced in my kitchen in 15 minutes with the help of this thing. Wish I had known about this before I even attempted the bathrooms the old fashion way. This is worth every penny!

Very solid tool and handy in many situations however it very thick and when working in narrow space between the back of the sink and wall, it is too thick to be useful.Love the concept and versatile configuration just not applicable in all circumstances. Don't know if they make narrower versions but buyer beware.

I don't usually write reviews and unfortunately like many people I feel more compelled to write one when I have a negative experience than a good one. Sorry but that's accurate. That's not the case here. I ordered this yesterday and it arrived today. I just tried to use it really quick in between meetings and omg the simplicity and how it just worked SO well was so satisfying that I couldn't wait to write this. i know there are plastic ones out there that are $10 cheaper and while I cannot comment on their sturdiness this one is a beast!!! Anyway, hope this review is helpful!

This is one of those one off tools that only certain people need. You cannot find these in Home Depot or lowes or any other hardware store that I am aware of. This is one of those plumber tools
