After doing two bathroom faucet change outs and cursing and attempting to get old nuts loosened in a tight space I decided my kitchen faucet that needed changed was going to have to wait until I forgot what a pain in the rear it all was. Fast forward 2 months and I keep looking at my new kitchen faucet still in box so I order this amazing tool before even attempting. I am not a pro at all, just a woman who uses youtube to learn how to fix things. I had the faucet removed and replaced in my kitchen in 15 minutes with the help of this thing. Wish I had known about this before I even attempted the bathrooms the old fashion way. This is worth every penny!

Very solid tool and handy in many situations however it very thick and when working in narrow space between the back of the sink and wall, it is too thick to be useful.Love the concept and versatile configuration just not applicable in all circumstances. Don't know if they make narrower versions but buyer beware.

I don't usually write reviews and unfortunately like many people I feel more compelled to write one when I have a negative experience than a good one. Sorry but that's accurate. That's not the case here. I ordered this yesterday and it arrived today. I just tried to use it really quick in between meetings and omg the simplicity and how it just worked SO well was so satisfying that I couldn't wait to write this. i know there are plastic ones out there that are $10 cheaper and while I cannot comment on their sturdiness this one is a beast!!! Anyway, hope this review is helpful!

This is one of those one off tools that only certain people need. You cannot find these in Home Depot or lowes or any other hardware store that I am aware of. This is one of those plumber tools

This is exactly what I needed to remove an old bathroom faucet that was hard to reach. It took a little bit of trial and error as to how to use it and how to hold it. Once you figure it out, it works exactly as advertised. I would recommend wearing gloves so you don't bang your hand once the old parts finally come loose. It seems very sturdy and heavy like it will last a long time.

This makes under sink plumbing easier by enabling the user to be able to reach fittings and tighten them even if the are not able to see them.

I needed the faucet installer to get the old faucet out but I didn't need it to put the new faucet in. It worked great for what I needed it for.

I bought this to help with installing two new bathroom faucets and drains. It ended up being pretty useless. Not because the tool itself isn't great and versatile but the space in the counter was quite narrow and nearly impossible to access and every single configuration the tool has to offer (that would have been useful) was too big to fit. I wish they would've added maybe some accessories that are more narrow and long like a car ratchet for accessing tighter spaces. It's a great design in theory but I imagine in practice it probably runs into this problem a lot.

I had tried a plastic tool like this for my under sink R.O. to tighten a loose hex bolt folding down the faucet. Very hard to grip, and so thin I feared stripping it. Thus is perfect. Much better grip, much more confident to really turn it hard, and it did a great job.

I am very impressed. With this tool I was able to get the job done quickly and easily. I normally dred working under a sink but this tool made it much less painful. It fit all of the lines and nuts. The handle is large enough to provide good torque for loosening and tightening. Plus it saved me a $500 plumber bill.Thank you Ridgid!

This is one of those things that a homeowner wishes they had the guts to order forever. My Moen faucet was loose and I knew it wouldn't be hard to fix but I also knew the right tool was necessary. Plumbers here get a minimum of $150 to show up, this was $25 bucks or so. Did the job, it's made well, and now I have it should I need it again.
