Had several 25 year old faucets to replace in several sinks. I was able to find sockets on this tool that would match up with the various nuts and fittings I had to remove. This tool gave me the grip and leverage needed in hard to reach locations. Would highly recommend to have on hand if you are handy around the house.

I'm replacing the faucet and lines behind a utility basin. There is absolutely no room to work behind it. This amazing tool made it possible to get the job done without having to unbolt the basin from the floor and completely remove it and the drain pipes!

I'm a residential service plumber and use this tool often. One of my favorites, Ridgid doesn't miss when it comes to plumbing tools. Might be a little difficult to figure out how to use this for a handy Andy though.

Doing homework renovations as a DIYer, this tool is a no brainer. Wish I knew about it years ago. It's my new best friend. The Swiss Army Knife of plumbing tools.

Bought this to take apart our kitchen sink and tighten everything up again. At first I was scratching my head, but as soon as I went into the actual application of using it to disassemble EVERYTHING under the sink it was actually quite simple and easy to use. HIGHLY recommend getting this gadget. It's awesome.

I bought a new faucet for my bathroom and the nits were completely rusted on. I used a drill, W-D 40, nothing worked. I saw this and thought I have nothing to lose. Not only was this completely stuck on, but impossible to reach. I got this, and it worked! A lifesaver! Don't look any further, this is your tool!

I bought this to tighten up the nut on the stupid Moen kitchen faucet we have. I'll never buy another one of those either. Complete junk. This tool is way too big to get to the Moen faucet nut as a number of other hoses are jammed up against the threaded brass main shift, (stupid design). I will keep this tool as it is versatile for other brands, but I hope I never have to find out.

Only problem with this wrench is throat is to shallow for tightening down faucet nuts under sink when mounting faucet to sink. Throat needs to be larger.

This tool is GREAT for a plumber replacing a faucet or supply lines under a sink. Now: it's not always useful. Sometimes the space between a sink and the back wall is too tight for this tool and you have to resort to a classic telescoping basin wrench.BUT...in most cases, this tool makes the job MUCH easier. Usually provides enough torque to unscrew the faucet nuts It's as easy as using a screwdriver. (Compare that to using a basin wrench.) Change (rotate) the wrench socket end and you have a wrench for supply line nuts. Rotate again and you have a wrench to help you turn those frozen stop handles. Etc.On the other end of the tool is a combination drain wrench and leverage hole. The drain wrench is great for uninstalling and installing basket strainers, and can even be useful with a tub drain (of the right sort). The leverage hole allows you to use a screwdriver (or whatever) to get greater torque on the wrench. Note: I've never had to use the leverage hole.On my first such tool, we managed to break off one of the tines of the drain wrench. (The metal ends seem to be made out of cast aluminum.) I called Ridgid and they QUICKLY sent me a replacement tool. No hassle. So: FANTASTIC warranty support for a lifetime warranty tool.SOME of my fellow plumbers have a real hard time figuring out how to use the tool. The wrench end of the tool pops out of the plastic handle, and can be rotated and re-inserted to select a different wrench socket...and that's too complex for them, they'd rather use the telescoping basin wrench that they know. So: this tool is NOT for every plumber...but any plumber who's sharp enough to figure out how to use it and who installs kitchen or lavatory faucets definitely ought to have one of these in their box.

We installed a new faucet that looked awesome. The only downside was that it kept shifting due to it only being tightened with my husband's hands. I finally got tired of it and order this tool. Hands down works! Easy to operate and my faucet doesn't move at all.
