The tool itself was really good and takes several items out of my toolbox. The downside is if you forget to remove the insert side that your not using you will get a headache. The inserts will fall out if they had some sort of retention on them then the tool would be fantastic.

Much easier than using a basin wrench and pliers to change a faucet. The only way it would be easier is to remove the sink and install the faucet then the sink as it was don initially when the house was built. Good value and good knuckle and frustration saver.

I am very impressed. With this tool I was able to get the job done quickly and easily. I normally dred working under a sink but this tool made it much less painful. It fit all of the lines and nuts. The handle is large enough to provide good torque for loosening and tightening. Plus it saved me a $500 plumber bill.Thank you Ridgid!

I bought this to tighten up the nut on the stupid Moen kitchen faucet we have. I'll never buy another one of those either. Complete junk. This tool is way too big to get to the Moen faucet nut as a number of other hoses are jammed up against the threaded brass main shift, (stupid design). I will keep this tool as it is versatile for other brands, but I hope I never have to find out.

Only problem with this wrench is throat is to shallow for tightening down faucet nuts under sink when mounting faucet to sink. Throat needs to be larger.

Kitchen remodel included a deep under mount sink. Faucet went in no problem, had a bracket that screws in from the top counter hole - super easy no fiddling under the tight cabinet sink area. Same thing with the RO tap right? NO. They want my to get under there and screw on 3 washers with a tiny bolt that I can't even reach. I bought the Rigid tool for this task alone and it worked great. Took 2 minutes. Priceless.

I am a maintenance technician and have to do a lot of plumbing. The tool is made of metal with a plastic handle. I was able to get a rusted Moen bolt off with this tool when nothing else worked. It also works on water lines. It a heavy tool and has no holes to put a screwdriver through for torque. I may drill some. Without it it is difficult to turn at the angle and tight space you are working in under a sink. But it is otherwise a good tool.
