This product was amazing! I needed extra storage on my 2007 Honda accord for a cross country road trip (OR to SC) and it handled everything very well! My friends and I were able to quickly open it when we stopped at hotels and and it remained very secure. My car was not made to have straps in the weather lining so at higher speeds there was extra noise from the wind outside. Through rain, snow, hail, dust, and upwards of 75MPH winds, this carrier remained tight on my car and everything inside was perfectly fine! I plan to use this for camping trips in the future to save cabin space in my car and am very happy with the purchase.

I bought a mat and extra clips but the clips were not necessary, it didn't budge and was perfect. I filled it with my entire wardrobe and some rugs/blankets all in vacuum sealed space saver bags - it held a lot and would have held more. Impressed, was difficult to find something that was suitable for my tiny car - this worked.

Packed 5 L compressed bags of linens in it and drive 34 hours plus through a Gale and no rain and no shreddingSize was smallish but what we needed in. Toyota Highlander where crossbars we're not adjustable width. Installed it sideways

This is a great product. Initially I was not crazy about this purchase because I wanted a roof rack and a luggage carrier but surprisingly this was a great product and was a lot cheaper. We have used ours on multiple trips across the country in rain and snow and it works great. I highly recommend.

Travelled with ALL my belongings from California to Oklahoma no issues! Had no roof rack and still installed super easy, only thing is it slid a little back. But we checked it every stop and adjusted as needed! Definitely recommend!

I purchased this roof bag as I left one state for another. I did add another rope to secure everything, and I drove a bit slower because I was a bit scared that if I was too fast that my stuff would fall.Went through a rainstorm with this and it worked as well. I just hate that it pulled into the rubber part of the window, and rain came through because of it.I still have the roof bag, and may use it again if I need to travel again.

I did use those grip pads around the side railings on the roof and some extra bungee cords to secure it.Loaded it up on a kia sorento and drove it 1300 miles.Hit a massive thunderstorm in kansas with high winds.Zero issues. Its still in one piece and everything stayed dry.

Took this baby across two states during snow and rain with sub freezing temps. Not a single tear in the material anywhere, Stood up to the elements. I did purchase the roof protector which is pretty much the same thing as the anti slip stuff that goes under rugs. The carrier didn't move at all the whole trip. Was very easy to install. We used the roof racks but seems like the door clips would work well too.

I was worried about using this carrier because I'd never used one before and there were some poor reviews, but I'm so glad I bought it! It turned out to be a lifesaver. It's incredibly sturdy, so much so that I had difficulty unfolding it out of the box. The material is thick and a bit stiff at first use.The carrier isn't heavy at all but it took a bit of muscling to get it packed because the material is stiff. I was able to load/unload the carrier on top of my car by myself using a stepladder.The straps and attachments were strong and the directions were easy to follow. I double knotted the straps and checked them when I stopped for gas, no issues with loosening or slipping.The first trip I made with the carrier was 600 miles with sunny, slightly windy weather. The carrier didn't impact my speed or gas mileage much. The second trip, 300 miles, was in pouring rain. No leaks, everything was perfectly dry!This carrier was a great buy, I'm so glad I got it! It made my move a lot less stressful.

The carrier fit on my compact car easily, placed it by myself, the hooks went on the weatherstripping at the door. I filled it front to back as suggested, and checked the straps at each stop. All the items stayed dry, the carrier removed just as easy, and is stored in its storage bag that comes with the carrier. Definitely worth every penny paid. Good value, quality material

This bag exceeded my expectations. It kept my items protected from the elements. The bag did get dirty from the bugs, but that is to be expected when driving long distances. It is easy to set-up, it doesn't move around to much at high speeds (considering I used a nonslip mat purchased in addition to the bag). I do recommend checking that your straps are securely tightened every time you make a stop. I agree with other reviews in that if you hear a noise from one of the straps- TWIST IT! I twisted if a two straps because of noise above 30mph and the noice was gone. I do recommend this item.

Zipper broke first time it was zipped while full. Zipper was even tough to use empty and on the table. But, does have Velcro on sides. Would not use in rain.

I bought this with a bit of skepticism to use for en epic road trip. It performed so much better than I imagined or hoped. We just finished an epic 7000 miles road trip across the country and back, with many detours. It made it through intense wind, thunderstorms, hail, dust, and bugs. It kept all of that out of the luggage, While the outside is in need of a good power wash, the inside is still in great condition. I secured it to the roof using a roof basket (MaxHaul), cargo net, and rachets.

Ok, so here's the deal. I drove 2200 miles with this bad boy, and it worked just fine. I drove through several heavy rain storms and it stayed perfectly dry inside. I don't know what people are doing to rip it, or have rain get in but they're complete idiots. The only issue I had were the straps vibrating from time to time, which can be revolved by making sure the straps are straight, tight and the hook is sitting flush with the door frame. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Love it great fit easy to install

I use this carrier for my Ford Focus during my move from Virginia to the west coast and it did an amazing job of holding up to the rain and snow. No leaks, easy to get on/off and secure to the roof, and it had a lot of storage capacity. I highly recommend this brand and size for smaller cars.

Not completely waterproof. 500 miles of drizzle and the forward suitcase was wet.

Need a stroller bag for traveling. It fit my double B.O.B. Worked great. Had room to stick the kids scooters as well
