Mission: To establish and promote animal welfare in the country of Romania, and our sister branch, Animal Spay Neuter International, provides spay/neuter as our funding allows in many countries.

Results: Approaching 100,000 spays/neuters, primarily since 2009.18,500 education books distributed. Daily veterinary treatment at the Homeless Animals Hospital in Romania that helps over 3000 desperate Animals a year. Center of Hope near Bucharest is the spay/neuter, veterinary care, veterinary training, and education headquarters for Romania. Sponsored the training for Romanian vets on highly skilled keyhole and flank spaying methods for dogs and cats.
