The XL size was too large for me so the Try It At Home Before You Buy offer was GREAT! The size Large fit perfect. Buying clothing online is difficult as different manufacturers sizes sometimes vary. Very nicely made and comfortable jacket should keep me warm this winter.

This flight jacket is a close copy of military issue and cost a lot less. So far I am very happy and I will see how it holds up to moderate use.

Bought this as a gift for my son who recently joined the CA National Guard as an aviation operations specialist. I was skeptical because of its low price, but we're very happy with the quality, fit, and overall look. I've never owned an Alpha Industries jacket so I have nothing to compare it with. But for the price point, this is excellent! Uncle Sam can pick up the Nomex flight jacket tab when he becomes an aviator later. Frankly, my son will only get to wear this a handful of times living in Southern California. So for now, this is perfect!

This coat is definitely the CWU (Cold Weather Unit). It's heavily quilted. You are not wearing this in the summer. I'll probably wear it about 15 days in california cooler mornings. The coat is very well made, excellent considering the price point. Other identical versions are more than triple the price. This thing is solid. Zipper is heavy duty. Lots of room, they run just very slightly big but not too much. My patches sewed on it well and look great. Overall just a fantastic high quality coat. Just understand this is quilted and very warm!

No issues, the zip pocket was on the left sleeve, it is a warm jacket, looks good. The 45p is the winter jacket and is thicker compared to the 36p. I am 6ft, 270 lbs. I got the XXL, I am planning to lose weight and get down to about 230 lbs, so the fit works for me. I would recommend a XXL for anyone the same size that isn't planning on dropping weight.

I tried this on As soon as I received it and it was a lot more roomier than I expected. It fits well with room , no complaint there. I checked all zippers etc... All working fine. It is very warm also, just wearing it around my house I had to take it off because it was not very cooled outside, So I'm guessing it will keep me warm it the low Degree's I am Satisfied.

It's a nice Jacket. Definitely a winter coat, it's pretty fluffy. I was hoping it would be of the same quality and sizing as the USMC issued jackets. I'm 5'2” 135lbs and found the small too large for me. I ended up keeping it since I can wear my hoodie underneath for additional warmth. I'm an aircraft mechanic and this keep me comfortable in 35 degrees f.
