Had a bag just about like this when I was in the military. So glad I purchased this. It's going to be absolutely perfect for camping!

My wife and I went on a 3,300 mile trip in my Subaru Forester. We took our two Australian Shepherd's, camping gear and going to town gear/attire as we rotated between hotels and campgrounds. We used this bag for all our clothes and carried it in the roof rack along with another bag like it filled with hiking, fishing and town shoes. The bags were perfect because they were easy to hoist up in the rack, they are pliable and conformed to the space and when I put the cargo net over them and hooked it up they again conformed to the net so they never slipped around and I never worried about them flying off. Plus the bugs the front bag collected was mineable because I was able to smush the bag down where the wind deflector also kept most of the the bugs from hitting the bag.

A hard plate for the bottom would have been a nice option. Tends to fold in the middle when carried making it an awkward carry that drags on the ground.

We used these bags in the army to stow our parachutes after a jump. It's got loads of room and has no problem holding A LOT of stuff.

Great quality bags. Large but not to big. I bought them to put my army surplus sleeping systems in. They should work fine for your camping/hunting needs. Would buy again if needed!

My roommate is a HUGE board game enthusiast, and we managed to fit every single game he owns in this bag. It's sturdy enough to take the weight too; we never doubted it would take the load like a champ! Very solid bag.

thought it was gonna be as big as my other flight bag but this one is plenty big. tough material should able to stand up to the over rigorous handling of bags via airports

If you are looking for something to keep sports equipment in, this bag is just excellent. Baseball season is in full swing here and I keep SO much stuff in this bag. It holds nets, gloves, balls, helmets, bats, cones, water, basically anything I want to take with us will fit in this bag (Oh - I should mention I am a dad and talking about my kids stuff here). Glad I bought this - it really fit my needs / wants perfectly.I might be getting a few more for basketball, soccer, volleyball, etc. I mention because they are so sturdy and square. They would be perfect to organize the rats nest of a box I use now in my garage. ;)

Bomb proof! I bought one a few years ago to haul heat in and out of a remote camp in the NWT just picked up another one for a seasonal gig in Alaska. They can take abuse and handle a heavy payload

Great bag - need an auction item and purchased this bag. I then took it to be embroidered with the college logo. It brought $125 and everybody thought it went for a steal. Very nice bag.

Good size. The canvas is a little thinner that I would've guessed, but overall it seems like decent construction. Would've been nice if there had been some pockets along the sides on the inside. Weird that it has metal rings to attach a shoulder strap, but no strap is included.
