I'm 5'11” 290lbs. Worn underneath my body armor. Uniform shirt is elbeco with ambi radio roles. Each side will come out the holes and attach to the duty belt. Very discreet. Works great.

Comfortable. It's elastic so it doesn't dig into your shoulders. It kept my OCP bottoms up when rucking. “jUsT tIgHtEn yOuR bElT” doesn't work. Now there's a few guys in my unit wearing these. Don't worry about looking like a nerd. You don't need to look pretty in the field. Except getting screwed by the weather, you're not gonna get laid in the field
