I live in the interior of Alaska and this is a great neck gaiter. Keeps the wind off of my face and performs well at -30 to -40 degrees

Definitely not like standard issue, but works great. A deep winter kind of gaiter, pretty thick and warm. Doesn't breathe great but that to be expected when it's more than just a wind barrier.

This is exactly what I was looking for to keep my face warm when I went hunting with my husband. It kept my face warm, yet it was light enough that I was still able to breathe. The color is neutral and will work with whatever outfit I wear.

I ordered brown, the tag on it said Brown, it’s the color of the ‘coyote brown’ If you’re ordering it for a uniform or anything where it has to be actual dark brown, I don’t suggest buying this. It’s nice quality though, just can’t use it because it won’t go with my uniform.

I have a short neck so its a lot of material bunched up under my neck. I might try to cut it down. I'm sure it will keep me warm and filter the cold air when I'm running.
