Initially, we bought this for a camping trip. The trip was fab and so was this. Despite the near 110F/38C in the sun, we found ourselves in a cave that was 42F/6C--T and jeans didn't quite meet the mark. This jumper was a 'godsend' (fella has the woolly version, which was equally warming... Interesting. So vegans and vegetarians take heart!). I look forwards to using this during target shooting (paper targets), seeing as that's what it's made for!

Fit was super tight. It will work as a wool base layer but not as a sweater.
