I went with the XL, I'm 5'11 and 185 pounds. I'm just your regular guy, no weightlifter butt, legs, arms, and so on. The XL fits me just right, the legs length just barley touches the floor when I'm barefooted. The arms length is just right too. You can wear one pair of long-johns along with two sweat-shirts on top and two pair of long-johns and one sweatpants underneath them. That's about the max, they start getting a little tight in the butt when you squat like a baseball catcher. If you're not going to squat that low you might have room to add more underneath. Elastic is built into the back to draw the middle in for the lighter guys ( 120-170 pounds.) There's also a belt built in that I don't use since it makes them feel to snug, it's for the skinny guys. They are pretty much like insulated coveralls, you could always wear a oversize jacket or rain-suit over them. I bought them to wear in-doors to help save on the heat and electric, they are closer to being slippery-smooth on the outside. If you are over 6'1 or if you have a large butt, chubby legs, chubby arms or look like a weightlifter I would go with the XXL. You can always have it altered. The two front pockets are large enough to place your un-gloved hands in and they will hold your cellphone, they're not totally worthless like some reviews are saying. The zippers at the bottom of the legs are appr 19 inches in length and like with any pants when you sit or squat the legs will raise up. If you are going to abuse this suit I would go with the insulated coveralls, those are better at taking abuse. OK, I hope that helps someone out there.

So we use this a lot because we do a lot of work on the peoples homes. This works great as a line of protection against rocks and sharp object under the homes when you're crawling around. Plus it's also waterproof which is amazing!!

How am I 53 years old and only now learning about the glory of something like this?! I LOVE it! This is a dog walking game changer!! I could only be happier if the pockets were a little higher and further in, but that is a very minor issue. My husband will definitely be getting one for Christmas!

I purchased this suit to commute on an Ebike. I am 5'10”, 215 lbs. I ordered a size 2Xl. I use this to quickly take on and off. I wear it over my uniform and work boots. This keeps me clean, warm, dry and comfortable as I commute. The red/white/and blue stripe on it is pleasing to the eye and overall design. I would definitely buy again. If I knew it was this good, I would have bought two the first time.

needs cargo pockets, because the pockets that are on it are small. very light weight and comfortable. spot on size.

The best thing I got myself in years. I live in Chicago it was good to my knees I wish it had a hood other than that it was flexible and warm I am a 62 year young woman and that suit made me feel like a queen

I'm 5'10, 210lbs and this fits like a glove. Perfect length on sleeves and legs. Not bulky but with enough insulation to keep you toasty. Waterproof material is an added bonus. Would purchase again.

Did not do as advertised it is said to keep me warm not true:-( I work in a freezer I might as well be working in shorts and a t-shirt with this thing on:-(

My oldest son bought one two years ago! He likes it so much for the warmth, comfort and water resistant, that he bought his younger brother one for next winter! He has got a lot of good use out of it and l am sure his brother will too!

I brought one for my husband it kept him warm and dry. I got one for myself. we love them. Keeps us warm and dry.

2XLG The first one we bought had to be sent back. Reordered in the larger size and that one fit perfectly. My husband is is 5'10 and 200 lbs. He has a little (big) belly on him so we needed the larger size to accommodate.
