Well I was advised on short notice we were going snow tubing and I recall freezing my rear end off last year. So, I had very little time to get the proper gear and I bought this and it was going to arrive between he 20th and 25th. We were tubing on the 19th. OH well, I will survive. Right before we left to go the mailman put a box on the porch and I was excited to see this ski and rescue suit inside! I could have been naked in it and stayed warm. The xl fit me almost perfectly (I am 6'1" 215 with most of my weight in my legs). I am quite happy with this it kept me toasty warm and dry on the tubing trip today. No rain or real moisture to discuss so I can't say how it would perform in that kind of condition.

This suit is great! I wear this to snow blow 20 houses and i only wear a tee shirt and thermal pants underneath and im so warm that i sometimes sweat

I originally got this snowsuit to play in the snow with my grandson. I wanted to be able to do all the fun things he was doing in HIS snowsuit without getting cold and wet. Well it has worked perfectly for that - its roomy and cut for freedom of movement as well as being warm and waterproof, even when sitting in slush.<br /><br />I decided to try it out snowshoeing as well. I wore it on a -6 degree day and was out for about an hour without getting cold. I have found that it is best when the temp is below 20, otherwise I tend to get too hot. The collar and hood work to form an effective neck warmer, and I have found that all I need to stay dry and warm when wearing it is a good pair of mittens and boots. I am 5'7" and a pear shaped 190 lbs and it fits perfectly - with plenty of extra room to turn somersaults and make snow angels.

OMG this thing is the best. I work on an airfield, and it's been some super cold days, this baby totally came in handy!!! It has also made me pretty hot, literally holds in all of the heat, but it's the best. I love it

I deliver newspapers in below freezing temps. I love this suit. If you want something you can jump into and go out this is it. Add some Totes waterproof boots and we are talking from bed to outdoors in fireman times!

This is the best gift I have received for a long time. This suit kept me warm at 10 degrees out feeding animals. I wear base layers under it & it's cozy warm. The only thing I wish was that the zippers on the legs were a bit longer. As others have said I recommend buying one size up.

Excellent value! I normally order a 2x but I ordered a 3x after reading reviews that it was sized small. The 3x fits great with room for movement.
