I have multiple pairs of Rothco BDU's, belts and hats, so I tried their jacket. I got the non concealed weapon version, which gives me 1 deep open on the top and 1 zippered pocket on both the left and right inside chest. It has awesome features, seems high quality materials and well built so far! Even the stash away hood is lined with multiple draw cords for adjustment over any gear, and has a Velcro tab to keep it sealed when in the out of neck pouch position(hood hangs out behind you). It has kept me warm and dry through several tropical storms (heavy rains and high winds) already, and storm season just got here! While the appropriate size did fit, it's a tactical jacket and use of any of the many pockets made the chest area seem tight, so I ordered one a size bigger than I would normally wear. All my gear (pen, knife, flash light, radio, cell phone, gloves, keys, cigarettes and lighter) stashes away perfectly, are secured, and are at my finger tips 24/7. Just a great product!

Great soft shell jacket. I have worn this in as low as 9 F and was a little chilly but not too bad. With a layer underneath this jacket, I was warm and comfortable in the same conditions. Also this jacket was true to size and overall I would buy this again.

Love the jacket. Of the time I've had this jacket, I went through snow, rain, single digit temperatures, and wind. For my preference, I didn't have to layer up with the jacket, I only started to include a hoodie after it hit about under 20F degrees. The hardest rain fall I've had was probably a medium downpour and I was kept dry. Wind did not deter me in anyway as well. Pockets are useful and functional and how it keeps the heat in is amazing. At times I start sweating because of all the kept heat.<br /><br />Some cons I've had were: I wished there were inside pockets, the zipped ones are not big enough to my liking. The chest pocket lining should have been sewn in to create an inside pocket, but it wasn't a deal breaker for me. If you only wear a t-shirt with this jacket, the pit zipper lining might scrap your arms, it's a hit or miss, sometimes it's annoying. Other than that, the only other con I've had was the sizing of the jacket. I'm 5'7&#34; 180lbs, I usually wear a Large and I didn't read the reviews beforehand; I ended up getting a Small instead and it fits wonders. To be honest, a Medium could have probably fit as well.

Just got this in today, really happy with the product. The arms are a little long for the size, but it helps keep it nice and warm with the arms bunched up a little. Plus the wrists are adjustable so it doesn't swallow my hands up. Collar is a bit stidf with the hood rolled up, but overall I'm very satisfied with this jacket.

it does keep warm during my trip to new zealand...it keeo your body remperature well especially in cool weather and i dont even need a scarf or extra wear...thumbs up but size is realky big as i usually wear m size but i have choose s for this.

AD army here, love this jacket. Keeps me warm and is worn as an OVERCOAT. I'm a M guy so I ordered a large to be worn over the uniform
