I bought this jacket based on the company name and after reading a good number of the reviews.<br /><br />What I missed, in the item description, is the word 'imported' so of course when it arrives the FIRST thing I see are the words made in China!<br /><br />If I wanted made in China CRAP, I would've gone to Wal-Mart and not WASTED $112 . But hey it's my fault for not reading the small print, so now I have an expensive jacket (comparative with the 175% markup) that I can wear when going to the dump.

Size runs small , bought a 4x so I could get a liner under it but it fits like a small 3x.

The hood is worthless in wet weather. It goes into the zipper and leaks. Aside of that not a bad jacket. Could use ykk zipper upgrade though.

It works fine and suits it's purpose. I got an XL, and it fits snugly, which is weird, because I wear Large everything, and figured getting an XL coat would give me some wiggle room. I thought the other reviews calling the hood useless were just being dramatic, but they're not. The hood absolutely sucks.<br /><br />Aside from those two issues it's a jacket, and it keep me warm / dry. pocket placement is a bit weird, but it's not a huge issue for me.

I’m 5’10, 160lbs and wear a 38L suit jacket. This coat fits pretty baggy in the body and has super long arms. The length of the body is a tad short.<br />I would say this medium I bought would fit someone 5’8”, 170lbs with super long monkey arms.<br />I’m afraid to exchange it cause the body length for a small wouldn’t fit at all.<br />Also it has tons of pockets, but none for your hands to be in.<br />Color is perfect and it’s actually pretty warm.

This fits rather snug so order large. There are no convenient external pockets for hands. I bought this to carry a handgun in the rear pocket but even a small gun sticks out like a sore thumb. I can't really recommend it due to the sizing and pocket issues. It is well made, warm just not functional the way I wanted.

Fit on me is a bit snug in the arms, I am a gorilla. Neither waterproof, nor as breathable as I thought a soft shell should be. For the money though it's worth rolling in the dirt for the afternoon

Not for me. The jacket is very warm and seems to be well built but i just dont wear it like i thought i would. My friend chris has one and he wears it all the time and loves it. Just comes down to personal preference. My only real complaint are the zippers on the inside of the arm, they can be quite annoying when wearing with a shirt sleeve shirt. If you want a jacket that will keep you warm, this is the one.

Comparing with my previous jacket, which is an OEM version but costing me only USD$40, I think this Rothco jacket is overpriced, quality wise is the same.

Had this one week and zipper broke , I returned it and I am buying it again because my son in law likes this jacket . Let's hope the zipper holds on the next one and I will update my review

Some of my co-workers got these because they looked BA. Tried on my buddies size large, was just a wee bit to small for my purposes, ordered an extra large, tried it on and it was the same size as the large...<br /><br />The jacket is quite nice, made of a heavy material, and warmer than you would think compared to typical hoodie jackets. It is not waterproof but that is what rubberized rain gear is for, this thing is to make you look like a ninja at work or on the range. Those little pockets on the arms are meant for bullets, I'm positive...<br /><br />Because of the weird sizing issues I sent it back and decided to save my money.

Jacket is generally ok, one gripe I have is the collar. The collar is just too bulky for my taste.

Not a bad jacket. Pretty warm and nice, big, chest height pockets as well as two interior pockets and the conceal carry back pocket. My issue is with the zipper, which, after less than ten times being used, is starting to fail. If I mess around with it enough I can still get it zipped up, but it shouldn't be as hard as it is for such a new jacket.

The jackets are made for smaller men. I'm a power lifter and have a barrel for my core. Guts as big as the pecs, the size I had to get for it to fit right made the arms so long I could nearly use them as pant legs and the hood so huge I can wrap it all the around down my face to my neck. Also the pit zips ARE COLD AS HECK! There are NO cloth cover on them protecting your underarms!!!!!!<br /><br />Barring these issues, It's comfy, the microfleece keeps you warm to about low 40s, it's water RESISTANT.. I went through a heavy rain and the coat was soaked, I got a little wet, but not bad and I didn't freeze. From what I can find no other similar coat, as there are dozens out there like this from other manufacturers eliminates these issues. This one is identical to my buddies condor. And another friends drop line.

Great jacket, warm, waterproof, durable. But the zippers kinda suck, and I doubt they will last, as they have already started to fray on the bottom. Also, the hood is pretty useless, as it is too big, even if you have another hood under it. Good thing it's removable, because stowing it is not an option unless you have sprained your neck and need a neck collar!! Would recommend it for its warmth and waterproofness
