I bought one in Black a couple of years ago. Decided I wanted one in Beige also. I carry Camera - Accessories - Snacks - Medication - Passport - Cell Phone. At the airport - my pockets are empty - I just take off the vest and run it through the security scan. Excellent Value!

Good heavy canvas type material. A more rain resistant lining or top cover would make it better. Good fit selecting one size smaller than usual. Pockets well placed and easily accessed.

I bought this for my husband as a gift. He loves it! It fits exactly to the size. My husband loves all the pockets that it has and he no longer has to carry his pouch that he used to carry. Great for lots of items he uses for work.

Order a size down. I wear a XL-2X in most shirts and jackets. I read the negative reviews and most of them were just size complaints. Too big, too loose... I got a large. It fits close to the body, not flopping around. I'm not using it for concealed carry so take that as you will.<br />I bought it to have extra pockets when I'm not wearing my Rothco cargo bdu pants. I will be wearing it under something heavier and maybe in warmer weather, again, just for extra pockets. I have no doubt that it will work with shorts and a t-shirt. A safe pocket for expensive sunglasses, no worries about crushing them in the pocket of your cargo shorts. Inside pocket will hold a small tablet no problem. Lots of pockets without a lot of bulk or extra material. I'm very happy with this.

I used this on a recent European vacation. I wore it every day so that I would have all I needed at hand. It was nice not carrying a purse, but still had everything I needed each day. I would like to add one comment--it is not for hot climates or a summer vacation. The material is very sturdy and comfortable, but got a bit warm to wear on hot summer days. This is definitely a "mens" cut vest, but it fit me pretty well.

I wear a vest all year round. I've worn other Rothco vest before and loved them. But, I wanted a vest that didn't scream, “Yes, I do conceal carry". This vest fits the bill and my budget. I've got nothing but good things to say about Rothco and their products. This vest is no exception. Comfortable, durable, stylish, and with plenty of pockets for my gear. Highly recommend.
