This is an amazing technology! It allows water to be transferred from one place to another in large quantities! I am using this to fill up my fish tanks and it is so much faster than taking the water over in my hands! We live in an age of miracles!

This is a great product. It is sturdy and made of heavy plastic. However, its life is only a few years in Palm Springs heat - it was stored in the garage and after 3 years it cracked all across the bottom; leaving it useless. I bought the same bucket to replace with.

I liked this bucket so much I bought another (and the 2.5 gallon little brother as well, which I don't use as much). It's great for my large (large) garden which has a lot of potted vegetables (I move them around a lot, pull dead/out of season plants to replant, etc.) and is also watered with rainwater - 1300 gallons worth of tanks in multiple locations that supply only gravity pressure. It would be hard to make an automated / pump fed system this flexible (multiple pumps and timers, moving hoses around, etc.) but two of these buckets and 30 minutes to an hour gets the job done and I get to flex my sweet biceps to boot. Much faster than smaller buckets and watering cans I've used in the past, and the pour spout means I come out with less water in my boots in the end.
