This is a great costume for the price. It is thin and not stretchy at all, so size up and put a layer of clothes underneath! The material is a plastic/leather material. The cape velcros on nicely and stays put in windy weather. The mask was difficult, it was bent in the packaging and wouldn't unbend. Besides that, no issues!

Our little super hero was 3 when she asked for this. It was a good fit with maybe a year to grow into. Decent quality for a child's costume. The boot covers did not go over with her well though. Your mileage may vary.<br />She's coming up on four and it still has a home in the dress up box. She puts it on once or twice a month and wears it for half the day and it's still holding together well with all the abuse an active three year old can give a thing.<br />The cape is held in place by two little tabs of cheap velcro on either side so it comes off every now and again. Anyone handy with a needle and thread could add a higher quality and longer strip of velcro if you want it to stay put.<br />She pops out from behind corners, flashes her cape around and says &#34;I'M BATGIRL!!!&#34;. Hilarious and worth every penny.

This is adorable. Bought it for my 2.5 year old 3 ft and she weighs 30 pounds. It's a little smaller, but fits fine for now. She LOVES it!

For a Halloween costume, it provided a complete look with out having to add any additional accessories. Fit a tall 2 1/2 year old perfectly. Quality is what I expect from a Halloween costume, so don't set your standards too high and you will be pleased! The belt is very cheap looking and made from a yellow foam that was crushed in a little on arrival, but again it is a kids costume.<br /><br />The mask is made from a thin plastic and rough around the edges, so as a last minute fix we put black electrical tape around the plastic edge that would have other wise dug into my kid's face.<br /><br />Fun costume to have around and it was worn after Halloween many times as well.
