Highly pleased with this product, high quality as always with the Rugged Ridge products, and highly recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their Jeep bumpstops. They are a little tricky to install, but with a small bottle jack and small piece of 2x4 on top to press them in the job only takes a few minutes to install.

To the reviewers who say they received a different brand or inferior to Rugged Ridge, these are IDENTICAL to the Rugged Ridge because they are the Rugged Ridge. Omix is the parent company and that is their logo. As to the product, they are a firm polypropylene than the OEM so they take a little more effort to press in. I found a little dish soap or small amount of bushing grease helped. Once in, they're bump stops- not much else to say. :)

The reason the factory bump stops rot and the perch rusts is because they have a tiny center drain hole that gets plugged up allowing water to sit on top of the bumpstop. These are really high quality and have a 1/2 hole in the center that allows them to drain. It was harder to get all of old bump stops out than to replace these. I greased them up and used the wood blocks in the spring method to pop them into place.

It's a pain in the butt to install until I learned this tip. Jack the Jeep up as high as it will go and remove factory ones. Recommend using a pry bar to remove them. They come hard as a rock from the box so boil the bump stocks for 20 minutes. Once they are boiled they will slide in between the coils. Push up until they are caught on the lip and Use a pry bar and they go in place. Hope this helps.

I use a thick spacer, drill a 60deg. center drill so my gear puller spindle locks in and use the gear puller around the lip of the bump stop housing, and using a 3/8 impact gun after spraying WD-40 on the bump stop housing and bump stop itself, drive that in till it engages completely. Works like a champ.

These are way better than the factory ones. The tan/yellow ones are factory and you see how they deteriorated. These aftermarket bump stops will outlast those!! Installation tip: Jack the frame ( put a jack stand under it), leave the axle to droop, pry out the old bump stop, clean the bump stop cup and insert the new one. Stack some ice hockey pucks inside the spring under the new bump stop, remove jack stand and lower the jack......the rigid hockey pucks seat the bump stop in the bump stop cup. Repeat on the other side. Happy wheelin'!!

Great bump stop kit for the money, could use specific directions for the install. Google a video, hydraulic jack, blocks, grease needed to install after you have to use a dremel to remove the rust from the housing so the stops lock into place.

If you're not in the market to spend hundreds of dollars on the teraflex bumper shocks then I would say these are your next best product. They seem really stiff until you actually use them and you'll find that they flex fairly well and are more cushioning than the stock ones. They're not the easiest things to install however if you disconnect your sway bar and droop your axle enough to get the spring out then it makes the installation much easier. Also if you have some GP Grease to put on the bump stop it does help it slide in better. Also using a 8-in c clamp will make this a breeze once you get the coil spring out.

Nice quality. Heavy duty. Definitely better than the stock foam ones that disintegrated. They were a mofo to install though! Did them while installing new springs. They are an extremely tight fit! Ended up using some wood and a floor jack after lubing it up with some red grease. It worked though!

Great fit. Installed with the help of a little grease. Spring removed, with a block of wood on lower spring perch, raised axle to press bump stop into place. Paired these with adjustable lower bump stops
