I bought this kit for my 2017 jk and I'm very happy with this purchase. The only issue that I had is that the ball had a 1” shaft and should of been 3/4” to fit the hole in the receiver . I contacted the seller and they didn't just send me a new ball, they sent me a new receiver and ball. They were very fast with replying back and didn't hesitate to take care of me. Their customer service is the greatest.

Was easy to install on my 2018 jeep wrangler jk sport unlimited with a little help with crazy glue you don't have to remove bumper and the nut will come off the washer when tightened down that is a good thing

Seems to be of fine quality and easy to install, however the actual ball was missing from my order. Had no choice but pick one up locally, as we needed to pull a trailer the next day. Oh well, it cost me an extra $11 at the local auto store to get something that was supposed to be in the box. Still though, I have several Rugged Ridge items on my Jeep and will continue to buy their brand. Lost a star for the missing part.

Everything needed to be ready to tow. Easy 4 bolt install. Wiring harness extremely easy to plug in and route. All- around one of the easiest hitches I've ever installed and can't beat this package.

The hitch is a perfect match for my 2017 Wrangler JK. Everything bolted right up into existing holes. Wiring harness plugged into the left taillight assembly and worked perfectly.
