The product seems very hi quaility. MADE IN THE USA! The box was missed packaged (2 right hand rails) by accident. I understand things happen but quite frustrated aftrer spending 1/2 hour trying to make 2 right hand rails fit. THEY WONT' FIT NO MATER HOW MANY TIMES YOU TURN THEM AROUND AND TRY. I just send and email to them... let see how long it takes to correct the problem?

Not as easy to install as I initially thought...uses existing holes in bed which are not easy to access and front panel does not fold up...had to modify my bed liner...wish it just clamped under the rail like the back...

The installation was easy and took about an hour and a half to install. It fit perfectly. You will need more tools than the instructions give but these are basic tools most people have. Fits perfect and does not leak. I did use the drain tubes and everything in the bed stays perfectly dry.

i bought this rugged ridge soft arms role up cover (it was repackaged with bolts missing ) it had a stitching tore I was duked to think I was getting 150 dollar rebate but when I was filling it out I will only get 50 dollar back .I tried to save money should have spent the extra money on a molar cover

Th I s g hv as only just been installed, but seems to be exactly what I thought it would be, and what I wanted. That is a sturdy bed cover that protects items from the weather, and discourages theft. However, it came with a downside. That is the worst installation directions ever. The directions are unnecessarily brief, poorly written, and in some areas- incomplete. For example, the cover has a very well designed, and easy to install, secure method of attaching the cover at the front of the truck bed. There is not one mention of this system, or even securing the cover in the instructions. Better instructions, and an instructional video would make the install a breeze. It is not difficult, it just requires slightly better explanation.

I'd like to start of by saying the cover its self is very high quality, but where this Tonneau Cover falls short is the brackets. The brackets are very flimsy and just do not fit the quality of the rest this product. Due to the brackets being flimsy/having poor fitment the seals do not perform correctly and it leaks water when going through the car wash. If they fix the bracket/fitment issue it could be 5 star product.

My husband researched this product before we purchased it and was thrilled that it was a no drill setup. But when it arrived, we couldn't attach a bracket because he had no side trail brackets in the Gladiator. I called Rugged Ridge for help and the gentleman who assisted me was so nice and stated a part had not been packed with the kit and sent it right out for us. It showed up within 3 days and made the installation easy to finish. It looks so nice on our 2020 Gladiator! Thank you!

Very clean and polished product for a moderately priced but well constructed OEM style Gladiator tonneau cover. The vinyl coated acrylic with the fabric side up is a more refined finish than the typical pleather / vinyl tarp of other products lines.Wish there was a version that would allow for the bed rack ( track rack) combo as this is also my work truck.
