Bought these for my husband prior to his rotator cuff surgery. He can get these on by himself with one arm and by being open at the ankle actually look like regular slacks. Only downside is if he loads his pockets they tend to slide down some

I like them. They Will Shrink though when you wash them. Cotton always does. Since the sizes are slightly bigger, they should still fit good.
