These are great for working out but will show your stuff if you don’t wear something underneath. The mesh holes do let in the light. But very comfortable and durable. Very cool and looks great.

The material is good quality and is nice and light. I always wear size XL . However, these shorts are way too large. So I would advise futur buyers to buy a size smaller than your usual size.
