I thought an extra large would be the right fit for me since I have another sweatshirt by the same company, but this extra large was too big. A large size will do just fine. Be aware of what size you are ordering. The extra large is EXTRA LARGE!

I'm 5'10, 195 pounds (muscular build) and ordered an XL and it fits perfect. Not to tight not too baggy. I primarily use these for the gym but could be used for other occasions.

These are good heavy weight sweatshirts, with very soft fleece on the inside. Warm and cozy.I am 6'4 The sleeve length just about fits. I do wish these came in tall sizes though.
