Rustic Scoop Pancake and Waffle Mix - 16 oz

Product Description
Fluffy and tender pancakes, or a thinner pancake if preferred. The waffles are crisp and golden on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. Also makes muffins, donuts, funnel cake, and more!
We have been making this mix in our house for well over a decade. It is simple and quick to make and always delicious. This pancake and waffle mix make your dream about breakfast all day long. Our mix will deliver fluffy and tender pancakes or a thinner pancake, if you prefer. We aim to please every type of pancake lover. The waffles are crisp and golden on the outside and soft on the inside. Both of these will become a breakfast staple in your house.
This mix makes approximately a dozen (12) 4" wide pancakes and approximately seven (7) 7" round waffles in a standard waffle iron. Both are Free From gluten, dairy, soy, egg, peanut, tree nut (except coconut) and refined sugar. A vegan option with instructions is below. Both freeze well (if any are left!)
We set out to make safe and delicous food for those with and without food restrictions Our mixes make it easy to feed those with food restrictions and you can be sure everyone will love what's being made!
We owe our beginnings to a couple of nutritionists. Baking everything from scratch allowed our food allergic and celiac kids go from failing to thrive to thriving! Our kids nutritionist encouraged me to write a gluten-free, Top 8 Allergen Free Cookbook. The second was a hospital nutritionist. We were asked by a large hospital to bake for them, only if their nutritionist coined "the glutinator" approved because she didn't like "gluten-free foods. She loved our gluten-free food and that is where Rustic Scoop began.

Directions
Directions for Pancakes:
- In the bowl of an electric mixer, pour in the Rustic Scoop Pancake Mix. In a small bowl melt your butter. Next, add all liquid ingredients slowly and mix on medium speed until combined with a few lumps left. You may add more milk if you like a thinner pancake. Don't over mix.
- Use non-stick cooking spray to increase a large skillet or griddle. Pour 1/3 Cup onto medium heated pan. Once the pancakes have formed bubbles and they begin to pop (about 3 minutes), flip pancakes over and cook until golden brown on the bottom (about 2 minutes). Makes 12 pancakes. Enjoy!
