This replaced a locking latch for our outdoor shower. I never saw the need to lock a flimsy plastic door. A simple twist is much easier than using a key. I was concerned it might unlatch during travels but that has not happened at all in the 4 months we've owned it.

Replaced the locking latches on my Rpod because the only way to close them was with the key and that is a huge pain in the buttocks. Since only one of two latches on every compartment door could be actuated without a key, the doors were starting to warp because nobody wants to use a key every time you go in your pass through. These worked very well and were a good value. Good match too. Used my old lever bits soni didn't have to bend the new ones to the proper angle, though it wouldn't have been too difficult, I'm just lazy. These are great.

This latch installed easily in just a few minutes. It solved my latch problem and secures the cargo hatch perfectly. Although it is a non-locking type, it stays securely closed while traveling down the road. Great value in my opinion.
